The Process

Our process is deceptively simple. We listen. We listen to what you want. We listen to what your challenges and goals are and, based on our experience, we recommend a program to support your business development. Sometimes the process can take some time as we help you determine your real needs. Sometimes the process is very straightforward: you need stationery, a logo, a direct mail piece, a newsletter... we can handle the simple or the complex, the long term or the immediate needs.

The key is to determine your real needs and that we do by listening. It's part of what makes us different.

Your Needs

Listening is just part of the process. Because we specialize in small business matters, we know what works in what situations. Still, none of our clients gets the cookie-cutter solution. Every design, every website, every printed piece has a specific purpose for your specific business. And, because you are one-of-a-kind, your business is, too.

Our Ideas

Because your business and challenges are unique, your communication tools must be, too. We approach every new client, every new project with fresh ideas. Of course, our experience helps guide our recommendations, but each and every undertaking is approached with a new outlook based on your unique circumstances.

Results

No matter how cute or clever or beautiful your marketing tools are, at the end of the day, if they don't produce results, it doesn't really matter. If they don't produce the results you need, it doesn't matter. In fact, the only thing that really matters is results. Because results are designed in to our work, we know that you'll get what you need.

Synergy

When all of your marketing and communications tools reinforce the image and the message you want to, then you have synergy. It takes about 10 hits for someone to get a message — even when that message is important or relevant to them. You want them to see your signs, nametags, uniforms, business cards, brochures and website all delivering the message... In the long run it's more efficient and cost effective to let your existing messages reinforce one another than to try to take one tool and get it to everyone.
